How to start using eFocusgroups

Please fill in the on-line form below, and we will set up your registration for you.  This will allow you to begin planning your eFocusgroup, and we will send you a username and password and an invoice, which must be paid in full in advance.  If you need to get your eFocusgroup under way very quickly, please call us on 01429 837700  (or if dialling from outside the UK then +44 1429 837700) and we can take your credit card details.

Single use Licence

 

 Licence fee to run one eFocusgroup using your own moderator or facilitator  (includes technical help ) £300 +VAT
2 Multi-use Licence Annual licence to run as many eFocusgroups as you wish using your own moderators or facilitators - includes items 4, 5, 6 and 8 below £5,000 plus VAT 
3 Moderated eFocusgroup Full 6 stage process from taking brief to delivering report conducted throughout by one of our own experienced emoderators.   £3,000 Plus VAT
4 Shadow emoderator Stays in background all the week to assist your emoderator  £450 plus VAT
5 Drill-Down Access to more detailed underlying numerical data  £120 Plus VAT
6 email technical help (included in all prices - please note this is technical help if the technology is not working.  Our technical staff cannot advise on management issues relating to your eFocusgroup)    
7 telephone technical help Available 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. - please note this is technical help if the technology is not working.  Our technical staff cannot advise on management issues relating to your eFocusgroup) Calls are charged at £1 per minute.  
8 Customised questionnaire The on-line questionnaire is redesigned to include your company logo and details £50 plus VAT
