Now you can create your own eSurvey forms in minutes and our software handles all the rest of the survey for you (providing you have a list of willing email recipients).  And your first esurvey is free.

You create your own eSurvey form by typing your survey questions into boxes in a web console, and you can include your own company branding.  When you are happy you can send the eSurvey form to your email recipients and then watch as the results start to come in. 

The results are shown to you in tabular and graphical form and you can watch them build up as new completed questionnaires come in.

Your questions can range from simple yes/no responses, through multiple choices to free text and results can be displayed as numerical and graphical data.

1.  Log in and type in your questions

2.  Choose a style of questionnaire (you can include your own logo)

3.  Test your questionnaire by sending it to a few colleagues

4.  Upload your list of email addresses (your target audience)

5.  Press the send button

6.  Watch the results come in on your 'Live results page'

7.  Close your survey and see the analysed results or export them to Word or Excel

You can use the survey toolkit free of charge for your first survey for up to 100 survey returns.  Click here to get started.

Frequent users

Simply pay £25 GBP per month for a console licence fee which includes complimentary credits* to cover the cost of up to 1,000 survey responses in a month. You must sign up for a minimum of four months (£100 GBP) and if you sign up for 12 months we will discount the charge to the price for 10 months (£250 GBP).

Additional credits can be purchased at any time for £10.00 GBP per 200 survey responses.

Occasional users

You pay no console licence fee but responses are charged at £0.05 GBP each. There is a minimum charge of £10 GBP – (covers up to 200 survey responses).

Full service for users with custom requirements

We will quote for a full service that includes:

·       list management

·       survey construction

·       design

·       monitoring

·       reporting/analysis

Please note that higher volume users can qualify for more competitive rates but please contact us to negotiate these directly.

* Note: a credit is a single, completed survey return. Unused complimentary credits in a month expire at the start of a new month and cannot be accumulated.
