About us

eFocusgroups is a system developed and marketed by the Durham Associates Group of Companies.

The company won the Queen's Award for Export Achievement in 1999. Guest of honour at the ceremony was Prime Minister Mr Tony Blair.

Marketing communications and management education are the principal activities of the Group.

Durham Associates is a strategic new media company that also provides services including graphic design, corporate video, public relations, media training, strategic marketing consultancy and event management. DA has particular skills in complex database-driven web sites and search engine strategies.

We develop web-based applications including an online e-news tool (register here for DA News), and an e-brochure console.

Two subsidiary companies provide postgraduate degree programmes in business and marketing and work with several universities in the UK and South Africa.
